Shipping Charges
Shipping Charges are calculated from Monkton, to the address specified in your order, based on weight and destination.
We use UPS for all deliveries and all packages leave the shop insured with tracking information.
UPS only accepts street addresses, so we are unable to deliver to post office boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Ordering Information:
When ordering be sure to select the updates box on the final page before submitting your order. Once selected, we’ll send you an e-mail regarding the status of your order.
We keep the store well stocked and will normally ship your order within 24 hours.
Returns:
If you would like to return merchandise please contact the shop at 410-329-6821 or e-mail us a note at Info@backwaterangler.com
We will then issue a return authorization number within 24 hours after which the merchandise may be shipped to the shop at the following address:
If the merchandise is returned undamaged with the original invoice within 14 days of purchase we will be happy to exchange the item or provide a full refund.
Please note: after 14 days a store credit will be issued on returned merchandise.
Special orders that are returned may be subject to a restocking charge unless the merchandise is deemed defective.
